We have a Life-Time Return & Refund Policy.
Lifetime Return & Refund
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Within 6 Months:
If you want to return within 6 months of purchase, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After 6 Months:
If you want to return after 6 months of purchase, you are liable to buy a return shipping label, and ship the product back to us. Items sent back to us without prior requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Avenger Defense is so confident of their products that we provide a Lifetime warranty on our products against any defects in material or workmanship with the following exceptions:
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, moisture, extreme heat or water damage, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit in any manner not in accordance with the included instructions.
- The warranty will be voided if the unit has been opened or tampered with in any way.
- The customer has a hassle-free return within the first 6 months. After 6 months, the customer must ship us the package along with a return shipping label.
- Damage or loss occurring during shipment is not covered by the warranty.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
